At Mk2 we have a range of Policies and Procedures within our Safety Management System we call Mk2Safe. Safety performance is linked strongly to a well structured and robust system which assists the business in maintaining a strong safety culture.

Work Health & Safety Policy

The purpose of Mk2 Recruitment’s Work Health and Safety Policy is to establish and maintain an effective health and safety management system. 

Mk2 Recruitment is committed to implementing a structured approach to workplace health and safety to achieve a consistently high standard of safety performance.

Incident Reporting & Investigation Policy

Mk2 Recruitment recognises that the health and safety of it’s employees is a priority and that if accidents or incidents do occur, they should be reported. Incidents should be investigated to ensure that the possibility of recurrence or further risk is minimised.

Mk2 Recruitment is committed to preventing workplace indicants by providing the best possible induction process, safe work environment and culture.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors and visitors under the control of Mk2 Recruitment.

We prioritise open communication to maintain the safety and wellbeing of our team. All incidents, no matter how minor, should be reported within 24 hours or according to client procedures. 

In cases requiring medical treatment or emergency services, report immediately.
